Q. Will you deliver to my Country? A. We deliver to the UK only at present. However, we are planning to offer all items to other Countries as soon as possible. Please e-mail us if you would like to be kept informed (Remember to state your Country)
Q. Are your payment pages secure? A. Yes. RomanCart and Paypal both use SSL technology to encrypt your data so that the transaction remains secure. For further information you can visit their websites. RomanCart and Paypal
Q. What information do you store about me? A. We only store the minimum information needed to successfully process your order. We will not pass on your details to any third party other than Paypal and RomanCart for the purpose of completing your order. Please read our Privacy Policy.
A. Giclee prints (pronounced shjee-clay) are now widely considered to be the best type of fine art printing method. Prints can be reproduced onto watercolour papers and even canvas boards. The images are true to the original artwork and replicate textures as well as colour. Most importantly the inks and papers we use are light-fast to prevent fading. Serena's giclee limited edition prints are reproduced onto Hahnemhule fine art papers.
Q. How can I purchase an original Serena Painting? A. Original paintings are offered for sale from time to time at exhibitions and shows. You can also purchase them from here, however we ask you to contact us first as Serena has a very limited supply and as such cannot always let them go. Once a price has been agreed we will confirm delivery and payment options via e-mail or telephone. Price guide £3,000 - £5,000. We can arrange a viewing at a local (Cornish) gallery if requested. Due to the price of the originals we prefer this arrangement when possible.
Q. What happens if a limited edition print sells out? A. We will keep the website as up to date as possible. However, in the unlikely event that your order has been processed before we were able to update the site you will be offered a full refund.
Q. What if I find that I don't like the item after I have purchased it? A. We understand that it is impossible to get a 100% accurate idea of a product via the internet, therefore, we offer a 7 day returns policy. Click here to view our Returns Policy
